Maroof Hospital in Islamabad is got be one of the worst places to ever go to. Looks more like a money making racket than actually a treatment hospital. Poor service, careless doctors and no semblance of a system. I wonder if the health regulatory system ever takes notice.

After abolishing Export Development Surcharge, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s decision to cut electricity prices by Rs4 per unit for industrial consumers and importantly lowering interest rates for export financing schemes to just 4.5% should help our exporters to compete in global markets. It will also offset some adverse impact of EU-India trade deal. It’s another right step towards making industries competitive. Exporters now need to upgrade their business models in changing global competitive landscape.
