Terrible return experience. Pickup for Order ID (DM you) keeps getting cancelled. Multiple calls, multiple escalations, but no one can explain or resolve the issue. Please intervene and get this sorted. #flipkartblack

@WakefitCo You guys have horrible customer support. I lost access to my registered email address(since I left my company) and trying to get my invoices for the warranty claim but having a really hard time.
For any outreach campaigns, follow-up is a key. And if done creatively, it increases the chances of getting a response.
