@Tesla second solar system was installed in early July, passed inspection July 8. I'm still waiting approval to activate. I have received multiple notices from the power company indicating its incomplete. I have sent multiple requests for contact and have not heard anything.

Overall this had been a terrible experience with service and is definitely not the lincoln way.

@LincolnMotorCo I had a bad experience with service at ciocca lincoln Lawrenceville NJ. A warranty repair that was expected to take 6 days went well past with no contact. After 3 days of calling and leaving voicemails with no response. finally on the 8th day reached a person 🧵

I was then told it would be fixed possibly Monday or Tuesday turning this into a 10 + day fix. They offered a loaner, then we find out that it was through enterprise and we would be paying the taxes on the rental. After calling the dealer they agreed to pay all fees.
