@etsy_support I got a full refund for a defective product I received however the buyer refused to pay for the return label. you closed my case, however they need to pay me for the shipping label, item was damaged and different size, store should pay return

However, after requesting a refund within the 7-day trial period, I stopped receiving responses.
I asked for help here, but instead received unrelated DMs promoting free classes!! please refund my card!
@drjoshaxe Maybe instead of preaching have some integrity in how you treat customers. Is been a terrible experience to try to get customer service. I get bots and unless I rant on social media nobody helps.
@drjoshaxe I am waiting for a new kit because I could not draw enough blood! I got an email saying my test was rejected by the lab. I never sent my test to the lab !! My daughter did. Is her test the one that was rejected? Is my new kit being sent? Worse customer service EVERR

@GrouponHelpUS Your customer service chat was lame. 1 1/2 hour on my day off trying to get help with a charge, and I got ZERO HELP. Tons of "I understand your frustration". Never using this app again. Please check your messages. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
@Groupon YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT IS SO RIDICULOUS. Was Charged twice for an oil change, and 1 1/2 hour trying to solve this all I got was "I understand your frustration" #LAME companies steal from people in this economy. Never ever will give you my business again.

@etsystatus@Etsy suspended my account permanently for not filing an appeal I did not not I had to file. Im juggling two jobs and my debit card was cancelled twice due to fraud. My email account was hacked and could not get in. I can't sign in, or get any help. Anyone?
