@WestJet Hi WestJet — I prepaid seats through Sunwing for our Mar 24 YVR–CUN trip. Last Nov.our prepaid seats were reassigned/sold via WJ and we lost them. Can you confirm our paid seats will remain assigned for both flights? Thank you.

@WestJet Why is a name correction $350 over the phone but free in person?On top off that,we pd for exit seats and because of name correction we couldn’t keep same seats so we donated over $500 for nothing. I’ve read awful WJ posts thinking it’ll never be me,but yet,here I am.😡

@AppleSupport My AirPods(LKKT) have been used very little but recently have the know white noise issue. Why only a 3y warranty on a known defect not caused by consumer? How do I get them replaced since I didn’t cause the issue but was sold a faulty unit?

@LidsAssist You’re correct. It’s been a very frustrating experience. I’d understand if order was shipped but it hasn’t as verified by online chat fan advocates.
@UGG@cher I returned an order months ago. I have an email stating received. I haven’t received a refund. I’m told without the tracking no refund or exchange. The link for the tracking number expired,my receipt was with the return. You are literally stealing my money.
