@RogersHelps As I have mentioned @Rogers I have contacted customer service several times either by phone or DM and nothing have been fixed. At this moment I am considering escalating higher as this is affecting the opening up of my business.

@airtransat in the space of a month I have had my summer and winter trip booked with air Transat canceled and rescheduled. I am at risk of missing both weddings and rebooking of hotels etc. The most notably issue is my trip this summer which will impact another air booking I made
