@Lucy_Worsley Chitty Chitty Bang Bang ! The owner of the castle has built a real flying version ?

[John Spiers @squeezyjohn]

Shame on you America. Shame on you.

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

@elizacarthy Well put as always Eliza , you brought tears to my eyes , that is exactly what he’d do /does. X

[Michael Rosen 💙💙🎓🎓 NICE 爷爷 @MichaelRosenYes]

When Sunak said 'low taxes, lower welfare', he was telling us that he intends to cut the welfare state, wasn't he? That's how poor people survive, get education, health care and care of the aged. And Sunak was boasting about this? Where's the outrage?

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

@YMBDY10 Absolutely ! I have no idea how the Tories have the nerve to stick their heads above the parapet after the behaviour we’ve seen from them , not to mention Liz Truss who managed to do so much harm in so little time . Talk about having a brass neck !

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

#BBCDebate Sunak trying to frighten the life out of pensioners by threatening they’ll be taxed by Labour , like they won’t be by the Tories. Bullying , shouty , sneery, arrogant behaviour.

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

#BBCDebate I wonder if Sunak has the heartbreak of knowing parents and their children that are struggling to live below the poverty threshold . It really is heartbreaking and god help them if the Tories get in again …

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

@YMBDY10 All of those things, as usual just shouting over Keir Starmer, those who shout the loudest are the best ? I don’t think so ! What I can’t understand is if the Tories know exactly what to do to fix our country , what on earth have they been doing for the last 14 yrs? Defies belief

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

#BBCDebate and as for Sunak hoping to build a country where his daughters can do whatever they want to in life ! As the children of our country’s richest couple I imagine they’ll not have much difficulty with that !

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

@JuliaLeeAuthor @archers_fan2015 ….and obviously not a sign of arthritis in any of her joints either . Oh to be a superwoman like Pat Archer !

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

@JuliaLeeAuthor @archers_fan2015 When we were coached for fielding one of the exercises involved ‘ dive and roll ‘ , for making a catch just out of reach. Dive under the ball and roll to keep the ball off the ground , it just brings tears to my eyes now ! Pat is showing us that cricket isn’t for wimps !

[Pat Lee @northdevontwit]

@JuliaLeeAuthor @archers_fan2015 I’m about the same age as Pat Archer and used to play cricket for my school and my town ( it was a girls grammar school thing in Yorkshire ). The thought of Pat Archer fielding, batting and bowling for a team leaves me in stitches 😂!

[Janey Godley @JaneyGodley]
