I will be pursuing a press complaint against you @DailyMail for this revolting, dangerous, damaging headline.
His poor daughter went to live with him after a difficult life, hoping for love and stability. He got her blind drunk & raped her. She killed herself.
Shame on you.
This headline from @Independent
clearly blames the mother for this tragedy. In fact, the father was in charge of the toddler at the time.

@azumanfan i'm more comfortable with transsexual, because the idea that I'm 'changing' my gender just doesn't sound right. My gender's always been the same, I'm just trying to change my sex ( genitalia, hormones, secondary sex characteristics, etc. )
How marvel civilians will look at you when they learn that instead of getting your powers through a medieval torture method you got them simply at birth:
@aceisnotaspade@SenertykG@onlyoddly@SuperFloxes the owner explicitly broke the agreement of their lease by letting their dog run around un-'marked', and they're shocked when the dog who's running around with strays is thought to be a stray. yes, Peta made a mistake, but they weren't malicious. The owners were irresponsible.
@aceisnotaspade@SenertykG@onlyoddly@SuperFloxes did you miss the part where that person was fired and Peta we're both fined and paid the person who's dog was taken? You're blaming the entire organization for the actions of an individual. It wouldn't have happened if that dog was treated properly by it's 'owner'.
@aceisnotaspade@SenertykG@onlyoddly@SuperFloxes are informed that Peta will come by and pick up stray animals, and yet you still let your dog run around like that WHILE YOU AREN'T HOME. Literally no-one that saw this happened interfered. Not the neighbors, the trailer park owner, because it looked like a stray.
@CompleteBedlam@SenertykG@onlyoddly@SuperFloxes And also, claiming they 'euthanize healthy animals' is blindly parroting the most obviously paid-for corporate shill ( Center for Consumer Freedom ). https://t.co/x68obHMzr2
@CompleteBedlam@SenertykG@onlyoddly@SuperFloxes You're criticizing Peta without having proper context. Criticizing Peta for having a high euthanasia rate, is like criticizing a hospice for it's death rate - Peta takes in any animal, no matter the condition they're in, ensuring they get, AT THE VERY LEAST, a painless death.
@CompleteBedlam@SenertykG@onlyoddly@SuperFloxes would you rather a sick, abused, emaciated dog die painfully on the street - or have it be euthanized and out of pain? I don't like it either, but unfortunately sometimes tough decisions have to be made because there aren't any better options.
@CompleteBedlam@SenertykG@onlyoddly@SuperFloxes the point is it's NOT like other shelters. it takes in animals that would otherwise be rejected - i.e those animals are often in such sorry states that there's nothing else to do but euthanize them. much better than letting them rot on the street, imo. but you do you.
@SenertykG@onlyoddly@SuperFloxes me when i lie. peta euthanizes animals because they accept any animals, no matter the condition, without cost. Their intake policy is more laxed, so they can take in and care for OR euthanize animals that'd otherwise be rejected by other shelters.
