@AmazonHelp The same thing, “you need to call us back when you have the correct information”, refusing to offer a second option to verify the account and refusing tot connect me with a higher up who might be able to better assist

@AmazonHelp I was “helped” by a man named raine who was completed unhelpful. He kept saying call me back when you have the correct information. After telling him multiple times that the information that I was giving was the only information connected to the account he kept repeating

@Hotwire I’ve been calling the Hotwire customer service line trying to speak with an agent. The first time I called i was on hold for an hour only to be disconnected in the middle of the call. When I called back I waited for more than an hour and still have not gotten an answer
