BANANA CHOC LOAF RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
-3 Eggs
-250ml oil
-1 cup of sugar
-2 cups of flour
-2 tsp of baking powder
-2 tsp of cinnamon
-3 tbsp of cocoa
-5 tbsp of plain yoghurt
-2 bananas (mashed)
Topping
-1 tbsp of peanut butter
-2-3 tbsp of milk
-2 tbsp of sugar
METHOD
1) Preheat oven to 180°c.
2) Mix eggs, plain yoghurt, sugar and oil until light and fluffy.
3) Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon together and stir into the egg mixture.
4) Add mashed banana and mix until combined.
5) To make a loaf, spoon into a greased loaf pan
6) For topping, in a bowl add milk, peanut butter and and sugar. Stir until combined.
7) Gently swirl with a spoon on top of the loaf.
8) Bake for 35 mins or until brown(180°).

INGREDIENTS
-5 cups of flour
-4 eggs
-5 teaspoons of baking powder
-1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
-1 tsp of salt
-500g butter
-1 tin of coconut milk
-1 cup of sugar
-1 cup of plain yoghurt or amasi
-1 tsp of vanilla essence
-Choc drops
-4 tbsp of Cocoa
METHOD
1) Preheat the oven to 180°. Grease your baking pan.
2) In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, sugar and salt.
3) In another bowl, add eggs, coconut milk and plain yoghurt then mix together until light.
4) Add grated butter into the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
5) Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture mix together just until evenly combined.
6) Divide the batter into half. Add cocoa to the half and vanilla essence to the other half.
7) Gently swirl the batters together with a spoon to achieve a that choc vanilla effect.
8) Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180° or until the surface of the bread is firm
9) Cool the bread in the baking pan for 10 minutes before turning it out and allowing it to finish cooling.
