@AlexisP4G@YankeeSource@SleeperMLB@SleeperMets that’s incorrect. 24, 21, and 20 were all better. his defense last year was mediocre, and he hit substantially better in 20 and 21 (modestly better in 24).
his stolen bases last year were worth about 2 runs compared to his defense which cost multiples of that.
Maybe we don't have a public school funding problem ...
Maybe we have too many administrative staff?
Clearly adding more admin staff hasn't improved the numbers, so maybe go back to the 1960s ratio.
@RayPatchen@jopo2811@Buster_ESPN four top five MVP finishes is pretty elite. He's over 60war now, and he could get that above 70 if can turn it around for a few more seasons.
@FT IOW: "He's insanely accomplished, which undermines my dislike of his politics, so I'll make an appeal to the imaginary authority of scientific world in order to make myself feel better."
this was pretty funny: "I have no idea whether Musk is an engineering genius, or just a savvy and lucky venture capitalist. The scientific world is divided on that question. I do know that he is a monstrous human being."
As if the "scientific world" is the arbiter of such things.
@YankeeSource@SleeperMLB@SleeperMets a 152 OPS+ is a problem for the Soto and the Mets. He would finish the year around 5.5 war, which is nice but underperforming both his salary and expectations.
Five days after the LA election, Spencer Pratt falls to third place and a woman who hardly anyone voted for in person, Nithya Raman, totally dominated in mail voting to come in second. No one with a functional brain believes these results.
