@Goose_Creative Can’t believe I actually had to go and check. But you’re right, which means the side of the shirt determines whether it is more blue than white. Although the Chuppa chup shirt looks more blue and white, but should be white and blue. Arrgghhhhhhh!
@WTIDPOD Who’s Henrik Pederson? Last time I looked it was Henrik Pedersen who was Wednesday manager. Might be worth having a look at him though, his xG might be better.
@footballmemorys Always thought that photo was funny (with Tony Cunningham having the time of his life!). Our away kit had white shorts, and different socks. Clearly it was a last minute decision to put the front row in the away shirt. Just clearly couldn’t be bothered to do a full kit change!
@YesWeCrann I always said that supporting Sheffield Wednesday was never boring. You never knew what you were going to get each season... but now it feels soul destroying. Extreme highs are always met by crashing lows, but this is on a new level. Feel for you Joe and every other Wednesdayite.
@SportGids1 People seem to be saying that this is a non-story, but I’m not sure. We’ve sold players based on the idea of the club being solvent if Bord’s bid collapses. Surely Beadall’s connections would help us find the next “Amass” on loan & we’ll need all the help we can get in League 1?
@MayMayspeaks I’m not looking at anyone else’s answers. But I’m imagining that everyone has lit the match first and then used it to light everything else!
@TWWcast When I was younger I supported Leeds. My dad, a Wednesdayite, took me to Elland Road twice - a hate filled place. Then in 1983 he said, “Let’s go to Hillsborough”. The ground. I was in love. Blackburn 4-2. We went every game after that, even Cardiff & Swansea games in the snow!
@TWWcast Yes and no. After that I remember Di Canio playing against Palace away. From the bench he scored, when we were losing 2-0. He ran the whole length of the stand holding the ball, jabbing his chest. It was all about him, not the team. It was gone then.
@_GeorgeSmith99 Redmond breaking down was inevitable. He was without a club for a reason. Given the lack of options available to the owls it was a silly signing to make. If you have a full squad and money it would be a gamble. Without either it was just naïve lunacy.
