@JagexSupport it has been upgraded, that is what is causing all the problems, i never had issues until i upgraded. now it constantly tells me my details are incorrect
please help with the issue, not just generic reply me
@JagexSupport everytime i try logging into the jagex launcher it wont accept my password, then when i try recover it says no such email,. yet i know they are both right and can login using runelite with them. please help i must have recovered it 100 times and now i cant at all.
@HostHavoc@HostHavoc_Scott can anyone explain why my server and login has been completely disabled? payment was due today and i opened a ticket yesterday asking for another couple of days grace, now its all gone and i cant log in at all with no response. BS
@gmail anyone wanna try and actually help? im locked out of my emails because recovery is sending codes to an old mobile number and the recovery email is also on that same number! i've lost youtube, kick, epic, gmail, steam accounts and cant log in. hundreds of dollars and hours

@JagexSupport bit late i purchased it to ensure i had majority to start with, but now im guessing the "built in bad luck protection" doesn't exactly work since people have been all day on one skill, including myself with no shards. =/ i just want the perks
