Hi @greateranglia, on journey from Taunton to Oulton Broad. Delayed over 45 minutes due to fire near Reading West. Missed 15:00 from LST. Had ticket to Oulton Broad North. Would I be able to travel to Oulton Broad South via Ipswich instead. Would get me home slightly sooner.

@LeShuttle Wow, have to admit, impressed by the organisation today on the French side of @LeShuttle. Unlike the chaos in Folkestone on Friday where we ended up missing our train, we got away in Calais on an earlier train!

It has been a long time since I last travelled with @LeShuttle. Unfortunately queues haven't improved... Terrible organisation in Folkestone! Told me to arrive at least hour in advance, but can't get me through this mess in less than an hour so will miss train! @LeShuttle_Help

@British_Airways After 1h45 my bag finally arrived. Not sure I ever had to wait that long for luggage! Allowing customers to check in 5-6 bags of hold luggage slows everything down sooooo much for everyone else. Maybe consider adding a priority tag for customers with just one bag?

Hell checking in at @British_Airways @Gatwick_Airport today. To be fair, mainly fault of people and overweight luggage, but @British_Airways could have handled situation a lot better instead of letting people block all check in desks whilst repacking their suitcases!
