To purchase tickets through Counter Service ALL TICKET at all 7-Eleven branches nationwide, you must present your ID card for identity verification and make the payment immediately with either 'cash' 💸 or 'credit card' 💳, A 3.25% processing fee applies to credit card payments (debit cards are not accepted).

5. To purchase tickets through website https://t.co/1lapCItpmt with cash payment, please bring Reserve ID or PAY CODE (20 digits) to pay at Counter Service ALL TICKET at any 7-Eleven branches nationwide ⏰ within 30 minutes ⏰ to secure your reservation. Tickets with overdue payment will be canceled automatically and returned to the system for the next purchase.

6. To purchase tickets through website https://t.co/1lapCItpmt with a “credit card” 💳 payment, a 3.25% processing fee will apply (debit card payments are not accepted), and for ‘TrueMoney’ 💰 payment, a 1.5% processing fee will apply.

7. After a successful payment, SM True reserves the right to decline changes, cancellations, or refunds for the show ticket, in all cases.

8. Please keep your payment evidence (receipt slip or proof of payment) in good condition for show ticket pick-up. Details regarding the date, time, and pick-up method will be announced later.

9. Please be aware of the scammers claiming to be staff members, unofficial ticket booking and selling, etc.

10. SM True does not support the resale of tickets at a higher price. We reserve the right to permanently ban the resellers’ ID card number in our system without prior notice, resulting in an inability to engage in any activities with SM True in the future.

11. SM True does not allow the distribution of tickets for advertising or any sales promotion activities that are not authorized by the company. Such actions will be considered a legal violation.

🚨 Steps to Request a Replacement Ticket (For Lost Seated Tickets)

1. For replacement request by the ticket purchaser, please provide the following documents and follow these steps:

⠀
⠀⠀1.3 Police Report (must be filed by the ticket purchaser themselves).

3. รอบบุคคลทั่วไป (𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞)

⠀⠀3.1 จำกัดการซื้อบัตรทุกช่องทาง : บัตรประชาชน 1 ใบ สามารถซื้อบัตรได้สูงสุด 4 ใบ ต่อ 2 รอบการแสดงเท่านั้น

⠀⠀❋ กล่าวคือ ❋ ท่านสามารถซื้อบัตรกี่ใบก็ได้ต่อรอบการแสดง แต่เมื่อรวม 2 รอบการแสดงแล้ว ต้องไม่เกิน 4 ใบ

⠀⠀3.2 จำนวนบัตรที่ซื้อในรอบบุคคลทั่วไป (General Sale) ไม่นับรวมกับจำนวนบัตรที่ซื้อในรอบ “NCTzen DREAM” Membership (GL) Pre-Sale และรอบ JOY CLUB Pre-Sale

4. การซื้อบัตรทางเคาน์เตอร์เซอร์วิส ออลล์ทิคเก็ต ในร้าน 7-Eleven ทุกสาขาทั่วประเทศ จำเป็นต้องใช้บัตรประชาชนในการยืนยันตัวตน และชำระค่าบัตรทันที ด้วย “เงินสด” 💸 หรือ “บัตรเครดิต” 💳 ซึ่งคิดค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่ม 3.25% (ไม่สามารถชำระด้วยบัตรเดบิตได้)

9. โปรดระวังมิจฉาชีพที่แฝงตัวมาในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ เช่น การแอบอ้างเป็นพนักงานบริษัท, การรับจองบัตร, การซื้อขายบัตรนอกระบบ เป็นต้น

10. ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่สนับสนุนให้นำบัตรไปจำหน่ายต่อแบบเพิ่มราคา หากตรวจพบการกระทำดังกล่าว ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการขึ้นแบล็กลิสต์หมายเลขบัตรประชาชนของท่าน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และจะส่งผลให้ท่านไม่สามารถใช้หมายเลขบัตรประชาชนดังกล่าว กระทำกิจกรรมใด ๆ ร่วมกับ SM True ได้อีกต่อไป

11. ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่อนุญาตให้นำบัตรไปแจกเพื่อการโฆษณา หรือทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายใด ๆ ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากทางบริษัทฯ โดยการกระทำดังกล่าว ถือเป็นความผิดทางกฎหมาย

🚨 ขั้นตอนการแจ้งขอออกบัตรการแสดงใหม่ (กรณีบัตรนั่งสูญหาย)

1. กรณีขอออกบัตรการแสดงใหม่ด้วยตนเอง กรุณาแสดงหลักฐานและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้

⠀⠀1.1 แจ้ง Reserve ID (รหัสการจอง) 20 หลัก

⠀⠀1.2 บัตรประชาชนตัวจริง/พาสปอร์ตตัวจริง

⠀⠀1.3 ใบแจ้งความ (ผู้ซื้อบัตรจะต้องเป็นผู้แจ้งความด้วยตนเองเท่านั้น)

⠀⠀1.4 *กรณีบัตรนั่ง* : ต้องแสดงหลักฐานให้ครบถ้วน พร้อมติดต่อแจ้งขอออกบัตรใหม่ที่บูท ALL TICKET ภายในวันและเวลาทำการของรอบการแสดงนั้น ๆ เท่านั้น

⠀⠀2.6 ทาง SM True ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเข้าชมการแสดง เฉพาะสมาชิก JOY CLUB ที่มี ‘ชื่อ–นามสกุลบนบัตรประชาชน’ และ ‘หมายเลขสมาชิกบนบัตรการแสดง’ ตรงกับข้อมูลใน ‘โปรไฟล์สมาชิก JOY CLUB’ เท่านั้น

⠀⠀2.7 ทาง SM True ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่อนุญาตให้สมาชิก JOY CLUB ทำการโอน, ขาย รวมถึงมอบสิทธิ์ให้กับสมาชิกคนอื่น หรือผู้ที่ไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิก ใช้สิทธิ์แทนในทุกกรณี หากตรวจพบการกระทำดังกล่าว จะส่งผลดังต่อไปนี้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

⠀⠀⠀⠀(2) การขึ้นแบล็กลิสต์หมายเลขบัตรประชาชนของท่าน โดยท่านจะไม่สามารถใช้หมายเลขบัตรประชาชนดังกล่าว กระทำกิจกรรมใด ๆ ร่วมกับ SM True ได้อีกต่อไป เช่น ซื้อบัตรการแสดงในรอบบุคคลทั่วไป และอื่น ๆ

⠀⠀⠀⠀(3) การตัดสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมชมทุกคอนเสิร์ตและการแสดงอื่น ๆ (แม้ท่านจะทำการซื้อบัตรได้เรียบร้อยแล้วก็ตาม) รวมถึงงานใด ๆ ที่จัดขึ้นโดย SM True ในทุกกรณี

⠀⠀⠀⠀(4) การงดคืนเงินค่าบัตรการแสดง และยกเลิกบัตรการแสดงดังกล่าวทันที

3. รอบบุคคลทั่วไป (𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞)

⠀⠀3.1 จำกัดการซื้อบัตรทุกช่องทาง : บัตรประชาชน 1 ใบ สามารถซื้อบัตรได้สูงสุด 4 ใบ ต่อ 2 รอบการแสดงเท่านั้น

⠀⠀❋ กล่าวคือ ❋ ท่านสามารถซื้อบัตรกี่ใบก็ได้ต่อรอบการแสดง แต่เมื่อรวม 2 รอบการแสดงแล้ว ต้องไม่เกิน 4 ใบ

⠀⠀3.2 จำนวนบัตรที่ซื้อในรอบบุคคลทั่วไป (General Sale) ไม่นับรวมกับจำนวนบัตรที่ซื้อในรอบ “NCTzen DREAM” Membership (GL) Pre-Sale และรอบ JOY CLUB Pre-Sale

4. การซื้อบัตรทางเคาน์เตอร์เซอร์วิส ออลล์ทิคเก็ต ในร้าน 7-Eleven ทุกสาขาทั่วประเทศ จำเป็นต้องใช้บัตรประชาชนในการยืนยันตัวตน และชำระค่าบัตรทันที ด้วย “เงินสด” 💸 หรือ “บัตรเครดิต” 💳 ซึ่งคิดค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่ม 3.25% (ไม่สามารถชำระด้วยบัตรเดบิตได้)

5. การซื้อบัตรทางเว็บไซต์ https://t.co/1lapCItXc1 กรณีเลือกชำระด้วย “เงินสด” จะต้องนำ “รหัสการจอง” (Reserve ID หรือ PAY CODE) 20 หลัก ไปชำระเงินที่เคาน์เตอร์เซอร์วิส ในร้าน 7-Eleven ทุกสาขาทั่วประเทศ ⏰ ภายใน 30 นาทีเท่านั้น ⏰ เพื่อรักษาสิทธิ์การจองบัตร หากเกินเวลาที่กำหนด รายการจองบัตรของท่านจะถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ และบัตรดังกล่าวจะถูกนำกลับเข้าระบบ เพื่อให้ผู้ซื้อท่านอื่นสามารถกดซื้อได้ต่อไป

1. กรณีขอออกบัตรการแสดงใหม่ด้วยตนเอง กรุณาแสดงหลักฐานและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้

⠀⠀1.1 แจ้ง Reserve ID (รหัสการจอง) 20 หลัก

⠀⠀1.2 บัตรประชาชนตัวจริง/พาสปอร์ตตัวจริง

⠀⠀1.3 ใบแจ้งความ (ผู้ซื้อบัตรจะต้องเป็นผู้แจ้งความด้วยตนเองเท่านั้น)

⠀⠀1.4 *กรณีบัตรนั่ง* : ต้องแสดงหลักฐานให้ครบถ้วน พร้อมติดต่อแจ้งขอออกบัตรใหม่ที่บูท ALL TICKET ภายในวันและเวลาทำการของรอบการแสดงนั้น ๆ เท่านั้น

2. กรณีขอออกบัตรการแสดงใหม่โดยผู้อื่น กรุณาแสดงหลักฐานและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้

To purchase tickets through website https://t.co/1lapCItpmt with cash payment, please bring Reserve ID or PAY CODE (20 digits) to pay at Counter Service ALL TICKET at any 7-Eleven branches nationwide ⏰ within 30 minutes ⏰ to secure your reservation. Tickets with overdue payment will be canceled automatically and returned to the system for the next purchase.

⠀⠀2.2 The JOY CLUB Pre-Sale is exclusively available to JOY CLUB members who are Thai nationals and hold a valid Thai national ID card.

⠀⠀2.3 Only JOY CLUB members who have successfully registered for JOY CLUB Pre-Sale eligibility between 19 May 2026 at 12:00 PM (ICT) to 21 May 2026 at 5:59 PM (ICT) will be eligible to purchase tickets in this round.

⠀⠀2.4 Ticket Purchase Limit : Each JOY CLUB membership number is eligible to purchase only one (1) ticket.

⠀⠀2.5 The number of tickets purchased in the JOY CLUB Pre-Sale will not be counted toward the number of tickets purchased in the “NCTzen DREAM” Membership (GL) Pre-Sale.

⠀⠀2.6 SM True reserves the right to grant entry only to JOY CLUB Members whose ‘name and surname on their national ID card’ and ‘membership number on the show ticket’ match the information provided in their ‘JOY CLUB Member Profile’.

⠀⠀2.7 SM True reserves the right to prohibit any JOY CLUB Member from transferring, selling, or granting their rights to others, including to non-members. If any such activity is detected, the following actions may be taken without prior notice:

⠀⠀⠀⠀(1) Immediate cancellation of your JOY CLUB membership.
⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀(2) Blacklisting of the member’s national ID number, prohibiting future participation in SM True activities, such as the purchase of concert tickets during general sales and other related activities.

⠀⠀⠀⠀(3) Disqualification from attending all concerts and performances (even if tickets have already been purchased), including any events organized by SM True under all circumstances.

⠀⠀⠀⠀(4) No refunds will be issued, and any tickets in question will be cancelled immediately.

3. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞

⠀⠀3.1 Ticket Purchase Limit (all channels) : Each national ID card can be used to purchase up to four (4) tickets.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀3.2 The number of tickets purchased in the general sale will not be counted toward the number of tickets purchased in the “NCTzen DREAM” Membership (GL) Pre-Sale and JOY CLUB Pre-Sale.

4. To purchase tickets through Counter Service ALL TICKET at all 7-Eleven branches nationwide, you must present your ID card for identity verification and make the payment immediately with either 'cash' 💸 or 'credit card' 💳, A 3.25% processing fee applies to credit card payments (debit cards are not accepted).

5. To purchase tickets through website https://t.co/1lapCItpmt with cash payment, please bring Reserve ID or PAY CODE (20 digits) to pay at Counter Service ALL TICKET at any 7-Eleven branches nationwide ⏰ within 30 minutes ⏰ to secure your reservation. Tickets with overdue payment will be canceled automatically and returned to the system for the next purchase.

6. To purchase tickets through website https://t.co/1lapCItpmt with a “credit card” 💳 payment, a 3.25% processing fee will apply (debit card payments are not accepted), and for ‘TrueMoney’ 💰 payment, a 1.5% processing fee will apply.

7. After a successful payment, SM True reserves the right to decline changes, cancellations, or refunds for the show ticket, in all cases.

8. Please keep your payment evidence (receipt slip or proof of payment) in good condition for show ticket pick-up. Details regarding the date, time, and pick-up method will be announced later.

9. Please be aware of the scammers claiming to be staff members, unofficial ticket booking and selling, etc.

10. SM True does not support the resale of tickets at a higher price. We reserve the right to permanently ban the resellers’ ID card number in our system without prior notice, resulting in an inability to engage in any activities with SM True in the future.

11. SM True does not allow the distribution of tickets for advertising or any sales promotion activities that are not authorized by the company. Such actions will be considered a legal violation.

🚨 Steps to Request a Replacement Ticket (For Lost Seated Tickets)

1. For replacement request by the ticket purchaser, please provide the following documents and follow these steps:

⠀⠀1.2 Original ID card or original passport
⠀
⠀⠀1.3 Police Report (must be filed by the ticket purchaser themselves).

⠀⠀1.4 *For seated tickets*: Submit all required documents and contact the ALL TICKET booth to request a replacement ticket within the operating hours for that specific performance only.

2. For replacement request by an authorized person, please provide the following documents and follow these steps:

⠀⠀2.2 A copy of the ID card/passport of of the ticket purchaser.
