@lanforgepc @DamianP__ Your company owes me $2,300 for a PC that was never shipped, completely delayed, and I would go as far to say was never built, and I requested a refund weeks ago. I hate to make this public, but accountability needs to be had here and it has now been 2 MONTHS of little communication and I am about to be in some serious financial issues because of this. I am being left on seen/read and delivered and receiving little response in return when you do. I feel taken advantage of, and this PC build was a gift from my community and community-funded, so you are playing with my entire community here. I had to utilize my student loan to cover the current build I am on since the old one was practically dead and your company delayed everything for months, and I could not wait any longer. I requested a refund for never having received the product, let alone HAVING IT SHIPPED when I was informed it was shipped in August… and I have not received it after being lied to and taken advantage of.

I have filed dispute claims with PNC and @PayPal was unable to track the information provided in the invoice, so I am curious as to where my money is if I paid you $2,300 flat. I am finishing my graduate degree and I am simply trying to get through school, I have rent and student loan payments that are now unpaid due to this, as well as I had to cancel a trip due to needing the money that would’ve been spent on the trip to cover the insufficient funds I have yet to receive on your end. I have everything documented and saved, so all I am requesting is my $2,300 that I requested by sent to my business account which I provided you.

7+ months and I’m still banned in vesa because I was falsely accused of helping banned players get back into the server & falsely accused of harassing staff. when asked for proof, I got ignored and blocked in DM’s. actually pathetic. 💀
