I got my Major Depressive Disorder diagnosis the summer I was 15 which means I've been dealing with depression for half of my lifetime now.

My mom knew I was depressed because I slept so so much. Even now, I know I'm depressed when I just need to sleep. At 9, I just wanted to sleep and not wake up.
