@AWSSupport We have a CRITICAL verification case (15-min SLA) where 3 of our org accounts face suspension on 2026-05-24. Plus 10 other cases on the same org-wide CloudFront activation, including one unassigned for 8+ days. Need engineer pickup, not just routing.

Worse: testing the successful ELB activation triggered the anti-abuse heuristic, placing 3 AF-vended accounts on verification hold. The hold case was marked "resolved" by tying it to the ELB master case, but the holds remain active. Suspension on 2026-05-24.
