@Eskom_SA on incident 1142154268 I have still not received any assistance of technician sent to my address. I have called again on case 1142783316 and 1142783320 but I am told your system is not assigning technicians.

@Eskom_SA Hi Eskom , incident 1142154268 was logged yesterday before 8am and the SLA was 7 working hours. Now I am told that the incident was not actioned and I must start a new SLA on case 1142783316. Can this be attended to urgently…..I spoke to Lindokuhle and the supervisor Kamogelo.

@OldMutualSA Why must a person stay on hold for 40 plus minutes? Guys hire more people as it doesn’t matter when you call…. You stay on hold for at least 30min each time
