@NTCouncilTeam there is something seriously wrong with planning permission that you grant it then allow drilling , ground breaking and scaffolding to happen at 8.30 am in a residential area at the w/end #rulesneedreview
@LNER@DARlO I know colleagues are doing their best … you might want to explore how you build on ‘their best’ with insight into ‘flow’ and getting people to where they need 2b quickly. And am not convinced my 1st class fare reflected the bus element & change of experience!😉
@LNER your bus replacement is a shambles!!! … and recognising the whiff of entitlement…how come I’ve paid for a first class experience & third of it is anything but! There ‘s another way you can do this … please find it!

@LNER Q’s are ridiculous… had imagined something smoother as you do this all the time. on a 1st class ticket … I know some people will call me out… no guarantee I will make the train from Darlo booked on… expected more of a bus- get on- get moving experience… not round the block
