@1niquity_ @Okabe_Rintar0IF Tattoos exist from centuries ago and have always been associated with self-expression and autonomy. What you describe is a cultural shift but the basic is still there. George Orwell had things about spiritual shield and such, and Roosevelt tattooed his family's shield
