@tvbrad @ChicagoWater @cbschicago This is happening with a commercial property I manage in the Loop. With less than 20% of tenants reporting to work due to the shutdown, our 2020 water bills have greatly exceeded what we paid in 2019. A service ticket was created three months ago but no visit yet.
