I booked a flight to JFK via opodo and they have refunded my hotel but need some information from you to process the flight refund. Who can I contact for this information please.

@opodo Hi, I have spoken to Norwegian Air booking center and they have cancelled the flight to JFK and told me to contact you to get my refund. After nearly an hour your on hold messages stop. Can you organise my refund please. Thank you.

@opodo Just spent nearly an hour on hold to be cut off and when I rung back there is now a message which hangs up straight away. How am I supposed to get a refund for my holiday in 3 days. I have remained patient but this is a joke.
