Payment increase roundups are useful (minimum wage up by 45c an hour/$18 a week), but "landlords claim 80% of their interest costs from their tax bills" doesn't give the full picture.

Interest on a $650k mortgage at 6.99% is $870/wk. 80% of that is $696.

Shocked and deeply saddened to hear @efesocollins has died. I knew him 30ish years ago at university and even then it was obvious he was a warm-hearted, beautiful and charismatic human. Thoughts and love to his family, his friends and the many people he worked so hard for 💔
