@viavan_lon got stood up by your drivers twice. They said they've picked me up while I was still waiting, and could no longer use your app as it now said I'm in a ride. I had to pay for other means of transport to get home.
@viavan_lon You promised me a service for which I paid you a sum. You failed to deliver on the service, and the service was temporarily unavailable which forced me to pay for another service, for which I'm asking you to refund. On what grounds are you refusing this?
@viavan_lon "Like you can see we gave you back more than you actually spent because all the rides were for free. " - that was your customer service responding to my asking for a refund. Despite my paying £40 a week for your weekly pass. How patronising is that?
@viavan_lon Your customer service would only partially refund my expenses. Worse, they cite my rides were free despite my paying for the £40 weekly pass. Very very disappointed and insulted.
