The inventory shifts in the U.S. housing market this year are noticeable.
And we now have some new supply glut leaders, and it's no longer just Florida and Texas.
In fact, the top 3 states with the most relative homes for sale are now:
1) Washington: +66%
2) Tennessee: +61%
3) Colorado: +54%
Note that Florida isn't even in the top 10 anymore.
Other states where oversupply is now becoming an issue: Utah, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
The downturn that started in TX/FL is now spreading to other parts of the U.S., and value declines are following suit.
