@Unrollme your support people told me to reconnect my account.... It never disconnected. And now your site has been down for like 4 hours. π€¦ββοΈ
@Unrollme not to mention last week when I contacted support about the constant emails I get telling me https://t.co/6B8kBgHMZr has stopped working and I need a new app password every frickin week wtf??
@Unrollme your app continues to go downhill after several years of use. I woke up this morning to find every email normally in my roll up in my inbox. And your website and app are broken so I can't log in. Good job.
jfc can you just leave people who are exercising their FREE FUCKING WILL to get vaccinated (or have their kids vaxxed???) and alone? You are harassing people with your idiocy and your viruses. Go die alone.

So, what's the deal, @CenturyLink ? Why are you allowing people to order services that don't exist and PAY for them? I had to go back and reinstate my other internet service TWICE because of this bullshit.
Fast forward to last Thurs. I get a call saying that I can schedule an appt for installation. So I give them a call back and schedule the appointment for Monday. Then, on that Friday, I get a call telling me that I ordered and paid for a service that isn't available at my house
So, I get ahold of @CenturyLink and it turns out they can't install and the appointment had been canceled due to some undisclosed technical issue. They told me it could be up to three weeks before I would be able to get installation. I was refunded (which was very nice, tbh)
On the following Monday, I spoke with someone who confirmed that I still had an appointment scheduled and told me I was good to go. Then, on Tuesday, I never got notice that I had someone showing up, and the appointment list on my account online had no upcoming appointments.
On New Year's day, a HOLIDAY, I get an automated call at 7 AM telling me that my appt had to be canceled because of some undisclosed reason, and that I would find out the new installation date later. I tried to call, but they were closed because of the holiday, and all weekend.
