@rapidobikeapp Your service is not existential when the customer needs it. I had put feedback for my upcoming ride and there was no action taken. My dad had to go to the airport and we booked a rapido cab but the driver decided to take the booking and not show up. 1/3

He even mentioned there's traffic on the road and hence taking him time, which was false as I checked maps. He wasted our 20 minutes and who's going to pay if my dad misses his flight now? Are you taking the responsibility, or your captain? This is very serious!

Putting out this post to alert everyone how @RockWithboAt scams people by sending empty boxes even when ordered from their official website. When asked for a resolution, they conveniently said that they sent the right product, even after presenting an unboxing video for the same

The reason for calling this a scam is because when searched, there were similar cases of empty boxes found on X, and not sure how many registered through email. I have lost trust in this brand and will appeal to all my family and friends to not buy from @RockWithboAt
