(I would like to add that I did not buy ALL of anything. I purposefully left things that were scarce behind for others and bought as little as I could. Also, at 38 weeks with a coming newborn, I am part of the super-disposable immunocompromised population ppl keep dismissing)
Went to @Walmart the other day for groceries. I bought a whole cart’s worth because I’M STOCKING UP FOR POSTPARTUM YOU JUDGMENTAL ASSHOLES. Also, they had NOT A SINGLE checkout line open, so I had to take my $350+ purchase through self-checkout at 38 weeks pregnant.
Here is the thing to understand about flattening the curve.
It only works if we take necessary measures before they seem necessary.
And if it works, people will think we over-reacted.
We have to be willing to look like we over-reacted.
Listen, I just need white vinegar to sterilize baby stuff. Also like antibacterial wipes and hand sani BECAUSE IM ABOUT TO HAVE A NEWBORN. They have like no immune system. So I need Karen to stop buying it all to store in her doomsday shelter with toilet paper and water bottles.
When I was like 14, me and a few mates would “wag” French class and hide out in the soundproof drum room until lunch time. This went on for a few weeks when one day we discovered a “trap door” beneath the carpet tiled floor under the drum kit. We of course opened the trap door..
I think this is why I never liked South Park. I was always bothered by the jokes made by the fans I knew, acting as though it was defensible and truly funny because it was on tv. I was too young to know it was satire, but I wasn’t too young to know it was BAD.
SPOON THEORY
Spoon theory is a metaphor used by people with physical and mental conditions that limits their energy each day.
Abled people, please listen, and share. This metaphor is to convey what it's like to live like this to those who don't have these limitations.

Calling it now: this dude has postpartum depression. Most people have NO IDEA how common it is in partners and it looks JUST LIKE THIS. Yes, some guys are assholes, but this reads like he’s defeated and anxious and just wants it to stop so he can do things he KNOWS he can.
