@FFuZeY@CallofDuty Significant downgrade. The original is done like that on purpose to mimic Korean typography (since the game is set in Korea...). Also the way you did the W going into the 4 looks really strange.
@PimpWinneche Its far easier to stop people from overconsuming sugar than to convince them to exercise enough to need the sugar they're already eating.
@ZuGsVisuals@Photoshop This graphic is so good!! I love it! But one small issue, why is Ghost from COD in a CS2 graphic? ππ doesn't really matter I guess since you can't see him.
@ZuGsVisuals If you do start to get fatigue though, consider taking a 'diet break' where you go back to maintenance calories for a few weeks/months. This will give your body some time to recover, especially helpful if you run into a plateau. But again fantastic work so far, you're doing great
@ZuGsVisuals Of course you probably have a plan, and know your own body, so do what works for you. From the knowledge I have you want around 1.5-2g protein per kg of body weight during a fat loss phase and no more than 1% body weight loss per week.

@ZuGsVisuals 15-20k steps is incredible, well done I applaud you for that. 100g protein seems quite low though? A 1500kcal deficit is pretty extreme too. Just be careful you aren't going too hard too fast. Weight loss is great but if a large portion of it is muscle that's not good. 1/2
