@RoyalMailHelp Thanks for the link after 20mins of looking for the claims form I have given up.Letter to customer posted 14/12/21 postman has marked it addressee gone away and no such address on the 15/12 returned to us 09/02/22 nearly 2months round trip. Customer still there in a big building.

I have to many letters returned by the @RoyalMailHelp as addressee gone away, or other reasons. Todays returned letter was a invoice for work carried out, spoke to customer today still there. What’s the problem with getting things delivered @RoyalMail can I have my postage back.
