@emeyorX Un-lobotomized/Omega Gambit doesn't require touch, can turn himself into pure energy to time/dimension travel, can control things at a molecular level and destroy/create realities.

Base converts potential energy into kinetic for explosions, still powerful.

Evergreen Crafting mats.
gear sets not being strictly through put but offering different playstyles and damage profiles so you want multiple.
Raid currencies/Reputations for various items.
Rare items with effects you can't get elsewhere.

@KaiffYT OSRS has newer raids dropping items that buff older items.
Keeps way more content active as high end players will want the new "BiS" so will either run the old content or mid-range players will run it and sell the drops to them.

Obviously not 1-for-1, but similar concept.

@sol__emn @retaHater Zell for sure is just great for playing a turn early and having a land you can hold as a landfall trigger, yeah.

Don't get me wrong if this was 3+ I'd consider it meh and probably not run it, but at 2 it's just efficient enough as a quick burst of early mana/stats.

@sol__emn @retaHater To be fair; It's VERY good in monored mountain ramp; Zell Dincht aggro specifically is a decent deck.

I'm also building a Themberchaud for my partner as this was revealed, this is an auto-include. Ramp, even temporary, is hard to come by in red and multiple cards want it.

It's not a permanent 30% MS buff; it's a 2min CD 15sec duration buff.
With charged it's 30% for 15secs.

Again, likely removed in BGs anyway.

The buffed Variant also turns off in raids, so likely will in BGs too.

@VarsVerum My issue is Dyspraxia, my game knowledge is for sure way above my actual physical ability level.
Also quite hard for me to unlearn bad habits because of this too.

(Usually get bored of ranked way too quick, which is a major issue, Guess having ADHD counts as a mental issue haha)

You can choose not to play the race. The people who enjoy the roleplay aspect and classic feeling mechanics, won't care.

This game isn't an optimisation-fest.

@Koretsuu @sobakyuu I think a lot of raid leads suffer from bottling up.
They think they can handle "no calling out" and bad player "for fun" gameplay, but it boils over.

If you're top 300, your players are likely serious and the kind that can take criticism and learn from a mistake.

@NotFabTV Not a FULL gear swap either, could be as little as 4 tier and a weapon, more if you're sweaty.
Less if you just have a reliable set you like, and don't mind losing a bit of throughput for comfort.

@NotFabTV I think that's the only way to do it.

We can't swap our trees freely, so carrying tier swaps would be what I would expect. Similar to Runescape, different gear serves different purposes.

@NotFabTV Sets could even add or swap abilities.
If the new ability is harder to use than the base kit, the average player might just do better damage sticking with a reliable set.

Eg- An ability losing base damage, but now scaling with number of DoTs on the target.

@NotFabTV Cantrips and tier sets should give you different types of power.

Set 1: Simple and good on ST.
Set 2: AoE focused.
Set 3: Transformative but if you don't like it you can skip using it (eg- petless Survivial).

All ways of generating interest with minimal raw power.

@TONKAHANAH1 @Eggiari69 Because drawing, and being able to pull imagination into reality is sick. I have Dyspraxia and... I guess "spacial" issues, so will basically never really be able to draw properly.

It'd be cool if everyone could just draw to a decent standard to express themselves.
