Big win for me this December. My company Novarc Architects @novarc28 have being approved as the Architect for the design of Ibis Hotel Lekki from the international brand owner Accor SA. The first indigenous Architect from Nigeria. Greatness is God's doing.

I wonder why those in the UK, USA, Canada and Europe think those of us that chose to stay in Nigeria, invest in Nigeria and belief in Nigeria don't know what we are doing.
If for any reason you doubt me, ask why the Chinese, Indians, Lebanese etc, are all coming here to invest.

If the economy is affected and their is inflation in basic commodities and dollar is on the rise, know it now that those that sponsored you are the business owners that will inflate the price of their goods and services, gain from the naira devaluation. We all will pay for it.

Remember that the first money made are in the 20s, don't get carried away by enjoyment o, cos surviving 30 is the hardest part of life. Wedding, kids, especially wife, woman like money o. So enjoy small and save for the 30s. So that you won't be a fool at 40.
