Big win for me this December. My company Novarc Architects @novarc28 have being approved as the Architect for the design of Ibis Hotel Lekki from the international brand owner Accor SA. The first indigenous Architect from Nigeria. Greatness is God's doing.

@busayo9ja @FinPlanKaluAja1 This is completely not true. It depends on which part of Lagos you're referring to. Most of the people that lives in ogun boarder town works in Lagos. Akute, Alagbole, Mowe, Opic, Magboro, Sango, Agbara, etc. And you can board a train from Ibadan & Abeokuta to Lagos everyday.

@woye1 Landlord tenancy issue took more than a year, at the end of the day, the tenant didn't pay for the economy loss.
Moreso, Land purchase matter can take up to 10yrs up to the supreme court level.
So all this issue should also be put into consideration.
