@Singtel even after chasing 3 days there is no resolution. Tell me something, you have 2 boxes of noodles one is opened and due to expire this week and the other one is packed and due to expire next month. What will you eat first? This is my issue and malpractice from @Singtel
I have replied to @SingtelSupport but I cannot send a DM to @Singtel your official handle. I am losing time and you are not listening or trying to even understand my issue, let alone fix it.
@Singtel are you even reading my issue? The issue is that you are not consuming the data pack I bought. You paused it and then used my roaming bundle that is due to expire in future. You want me to pay you more by lapsing my data pack

@Singtel the worst roaming plans and sham run by SingTel. Here is the way they make you pay more for roaming data.
1. I sign up for mobile bundle with roaming data of 3GB
2. The data finishes before the plan resets and I buy more roaming data, 6GB for $40.
3. Before the plan resets I consume another 2.8 GB Data. With 3.2 GB data due to expire in next 11 days
4. Since the plan resets they pause my data that has been bought and start to consume the new bucket while putting my recently bought bundle on hold
