@irvinnofficial You're young, but take it from a 52 yo Union laborer (I still kick ass), there's a few flaws. I don't see zinc in there to offset the Copper. Most granola is so heavily tainted with glyphosate same with oatmeal. Bananas are iffy. Do Raw milk. Eat potatoes par boiled. That's it!

●The most important rule in a gunfight is: Always win - cheat if necessary.
●Make your attacker advance through a wall of bullets . . . You may get killed with your own gun, but he'll have to beat you to death with it, cause it'll be empty.

If you're in a gun fight:

1. If you're not shooting, you should be loading.
2. If you're not loading, you should be moving,
3. If you're not moving', you're dead.

● In a life and death situation, do something . . . It may be wrong, but do something!
●If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you have a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about? (I call it being prepared)
●You can say 'stop' or 'alto' or any other word, but a large bore muzzle pointed at someone's head is pretty much a universal language. AMEN!

A group of barbecue artists from Kentucky is heading to the huge Christian gathering in Dearborn — complete with whole smoked pigs on trailers.

“We’ll have them about 90 percent cooked when we pull in,” said Kentucky Pig Roast Champion Joe Barron.

“We figure we’ll be able to feed about a thousand hungry Christians.”

Barron and his friends will be pulling 15 trailers full of beautiful smoked pork, leaving a trail of pure magnificence wherever they go.

Surely the residents of Dearborn will be thrilled. 🤣

@PepsUncensored Absolutely! I work as a construction laborer. I use to crash after lunch. Hated going back to work. Now, I don't feel the crash. My energy is sustained. Really noticed the benefit after I added NAD+. I can plow through the day full speed all day now. BTW, I'm 52
