Navigating the peptide gray market so you don't get scammed. ๐งช Down 100lbs. Sharing raw HPLC lab tests & bio-optimization truths. (Not medical advice) ๐
Lost 150lbs
Gained back 95lbs
Down 50lbs again
Net: 105lbs down from my peak
But the knowledge I gained changed everything
I'm leaner and healthier now than after the first 150 ๐ฏ
@morellifit Have you experimented with running it at a slightly lower dose daily or 5 on 2 off?
I did the 5mg 3x a week for a couple cycles. Even went as high as 10mg 3x a week. But best I felt was 2-3mg daily pre-workout.
@ferrisbuhler81 I wish more people understood this!
Peptides are primarily messengers that tell your body what to do in order to function more optimally.
Careful though because there is a lot more to it than looking and even feeling awesome.
I just watched an interesting podcast about it actually.
One can be ripped and full of energy while still functionally broken and the effects may not show until later.
You get bloodwork and tests done regularly?

Unpopular opinion: I'd rather see someone lifting 5 days a week eating McDonald's than sitting on the couch eating McDonald's 5 days a week
Stop with the "working out is useless if you eat like trash" posts
Yes, nutrition is 80% of the puzzle
But that 20% from training still matters
Someone who works out and eats garbage will always be better off than someone who sits around eating the same garbage
You still get:
โ Better insulin sensitivity
โ Muscle maintenance
โ Cardiovascular health
โ Mental health benefits
โ Hormonal optimization
And here's what most people miss: starting one good habit usually triggers the other
The gym becomes the catalyst for fixing nutrition
So stop telling people their workouts are "wasted" just because their diet isn't perfect yet
20% is infinitely better than 0%
@Vibe_ueen That is true.
But to say time spent in the gym is completely wasted is just not accurate.
Something is certainly better than nothing but both together are even better.
@RetaDiary Very common in fact
You gotta almost force feed sometimes and this is a hard lesson some will learn
The damage you can do to your system long term by losing weight fast from a massive calorie deficit is real
I learned the hard way and many others have too
@BFL_Michelle Possibly due to male female biology
I always run hot and sleep much better in cold environments. My wife is the opposite and one of glycines core functions is to help your body dissipate heat and cool you off.
@DavidWitti9510 Nice! BPC is definitely a staple almost anyone can benefit from.
Whatโs your protocol and ever considered pens? Iโll never go back to normal syringes again.
5 reasons pens beat syringes:
1. Speed -
Dial up 3-4 compounds in the time it takes to load 1 syringe
2. Easy disposal -
Pen tips are tiny compared to full syringes
3. Cheaper -
Pen tips cost 60% less than syringes
Yeah there's an upfront cost but it pays for itself after 1 box
4. Portability -
Pouch with 4-5 loaded pens beats hauling vials and syringes
5. Simple -
Less hassle overall
Lower barrier for people nervous about pinning ๐ฏ
Your average "peptide pro" just heard about peptides 6 months ago
Most don't believe me when I've been experimenting for nearly 8 years
Thousands of hours researched, discovered MANY good and bad vendors, and learned a TON
Big difference ๐
