My mom is such a hardcore French Canadian that she travelled w her (frozen) homemade tourtiéres in her carry-on. And it’s a darn good tootin ’ thing cause her luggage is still in vancouver. They have no clothes but we have tourtiére! Priorities!!!

Started our canoe trip and truth and reconciliation week at Dry Island Buffalo Jump, learning about the Cree ancestors and how they hunted Buffalo to provide for their people. Amazing having @RickGaudio meeting us there and giving the @rvsed land acknowledgment. @ManachabanMS
