🚨 SOUTH AFRICA’S OFFICIAL PERSECUTION OF WHITES IS NOW LAW: WHITE MEN LEGALLY CAPPED AT 4% OF JOBS‼️‼️
The 2025 Employment Equity Amendment Act + sector targets gazetted 15 April 2025 (Gazette 52514) have turned hiring in every company with 50+ employees into a hard racial exclusion zone for White South Africans.
Designated groups = Blacks (African/Coloured/Indian), **all women including White women**, and disabled.
**Able-bodied White South African men are deliberately excluded from the targets.** The numbers don’t even add up to 100% on purpose. The leftover slice is all that’s “allowed” for us + foreigners.
**Percentage reality for White men:**
In sector after sector, at senior management, middle management, professionally qualified and skilled technical levels, the target for designated groups hits **95.9%**.
That leaves **maximum 4.1%** for able-bodied White men.
Examples straight from the official gazette:
- Professional, Scientific & Technical Activities → 95.9% designated in senior, middle & skilled levels.
- Public Administration & Defence → 95.9% in senior & middle.
- Construction, Electricity, Transport, Accommodation & Food, Manufacturing → same 95.9% hammer in skilled technical and middle management.
Your chances as a White South African man to get hired or promoted in the formal economy? Near zero.
Companies will simply stop shortlisting you to avoid missing targets. “No suitably qualified Black/Coloured/Indian/woman candidate” is the only legal escape hatch — and good luck proving that to the Department of Employment and Labour when they come knocking.
White women still count as “designated” because they’re female, so they’re not in the same boat. This is targeted persecution of White men first, but it’s the thin end of the wedge for all Whites.
What happens if companies don’t comply?**
Heavy fines: first offence = greater of R1.5 million or 2% of turnover.
Repeat offences within 3 years = up to greater of R2.7 million or 10% of annual turnover.
Plus loss of your EE compliance certificate = banned from ALL government tenders and state contracts.
Enforcement is live. First reporting cycle already done (Sept 2025–Jan 2026). The Labour Court is ready to hammer businesses that don’t racially engineer their workforce fast enough.
This isn’t “redress.” This isn’t “equity.”
This is **state-mandated racial persecution** of White South Africans. We’re being systemically erased from the economy we built.
Whites (7.3% of the population) are now the only group that can be openly capped, excluded and replaced purely because of skin colour.
The ANC government is using race laws to finish what farm murders and expropriation without compensation started: driving Whites out of South Africa’s future.
No holds barred — this is demographic replacement by legislation.
If you’re a White man reading this in SA: the formal job market is now closed to you in most large companies. Time to build your own path.
South Africa is not a country for White men anymore.
It’s official.
