It is utterly inappropriate to use my wife's name. She is not a public figure. She doesn't even have a public social media account. She is not the CEO of my business. She doesn't give interviews or seek fame. Your invocation of her here is a sign of your character, as though we needed another.
I was Candace's employer, sure enough. Like many of her former employers, I feel compelled to stand against her public behavior.
Candace is not only a "married woman" or a "pregnant mother." Candace is also a public figure. She is one of the most famous women in the world with one of the largest podcasts on earth. She chooses each day to sit in front of cameras and to engage in public discourse.
I have never once attacked her as a wife or a mother. I don't criticize her for her looks, or her wardrobe, or her sexuality. I don't dig into her family history, cast aspersions on her grandparents, or question whether or not she even loves her husband.
In short, I do not engage in any of the sort of personal slander your tribe levels at Erika Kirk -- all while hiding behind the idea that her role as CEO of TPUSA somehow makes it appropriate to talk about how much or how little she cries at funerals, or whether or not she is a good mother, or if she hugs someone too long, or, you know, if she murdered her husband, or engaged in child sex trafficking, or is a foreign intelligence asset.
I attack Candace's public work -- the lies she tells, the evil she spreads, the hate and the conspiracies she peddles for fame and fortune.
I do so with sadness for the role I played in her career and with sadness for the waste of such talent as she undeniably possesses.
But I do so secure in the knowledge that the lies she -- and you -- popularize can only be defeated with truth.
And so I am happy to share it.
I spoke to an inside source at Bethel and learned the following info which I believe confirms Bethel is not following through with their promise to reform.
1) Bethel is laying off about 50 people. This is relevant because of the nature of the layoffs not merely because they are happening. I’ve known for some time that Bethel is struggling financially but didn’t mention it publicly as I don’t see how that’s worth sharing. But, it is relevant given what else I am sharing.
2) They are planning more layoffs in August.
3) This inside source told me that the people being let go are believed by them to be the very ones who ask too many questions and are trying to advocate for change. That’s a deeply concerning culling which suggests what I’ve believed for some time now. That Bethel’s initial apology ended up being more strategy than reform. This explains a lot of their behavior in recent months.
4) That strict non-disparagement agreements are being signed by those who are being laid off, in order to get severance. In other words, “we will give you this money but you have to promise not to say anything that can hurt our reputation.” Bethel previously stated adamantly that they don’t do NDAs (implying they don’t limit what people can say) but I can attest that they do bind people to silence in contracts because, completely separate from the new source I have, I have seen one of these severance agreements with my own eyes. It was extremely strict and far more limiting of speech than a typical NDA. It said the person wasn’t allowed to say anything that could harm Bethel’s reputation, not just that they couldn’t tell lies or reveal private info.
5) According to the source they seem to be planning to ignore the issues with TPT. This is consistent with multiple reports I’ve seen that Bethel is censoring discussions about The Passion Translation on their alumni Facebook group, a group which used to allow open discussion of many issues, until recently. The fact that they are going to ignore the TPT issues is a true affront to the Holy Scripture.
Also, according to a recent post from Candace Simmons to supporters of Brian Simmons and The Passion Translation, an elder from Bethel apologized profusely for a supposed “glitch” that happened to remove the book from the Bethel store before they put it back up. It looks like Bethel is tripling down in their support of a liar and his thoroughly debunked “translation” of the Bible.
None of this is good. None of it makes me happy. But I think it helps confirm that Bethel is past the point of no return.
Some may doubt me quoting a source they don’t know but keep in mind I have been right over and over for months and not a single significant claim I’ve brought from sources (many anonymous to you) has been proven false. On the contrary, evidence has regularly surfaced to confirm my reports to you.

Today will go down as the craziest weather day I have ever covered in my home state. Gambled east in the open warm sector / modifying outflow regime ahead of the PFT/cold front and it paid off in the form of numerous large, damaging, but photogenic tornadoes in central Illinois.
HUGE shout-out to @MaxVelocityWX for showing my live streams and videos on the stream today!
Glad we were able to keep people safe and weather aware in central Illinois safe today! 🫡
As the outflow boundary moved out from under the clouds late this afternoon it became visible on GOES-East satellite due to the dust picked by the 30-40 mph winds. The dust was most evident in the West Valley and a little harder to see in the Southeast Valley. #azwx
Spencer Pratt has launched a campaign where filthy Los Angeles streets are power washed using a stencil reading “imagine if the streets were this clean.”
Imagine letting the streets get so dirty under your leadership that your opponent can use them as a billboard.
This is one of the most unacceptable things I've heard on CNN so far.
@bucees, this is your chance to heal the political divide and invite the entire CNN staff so they can experience true American greatness.
