If the down escalator is broken at 69th & 2nd, WHY hasn’t one of the 2 up escalators been put in reverse?

@NYCTSubway No the Q at “72nd” but the entrance is at 69th & 2nd. And it’s not working AGAIN right now. Literally just came here to post for the *3rd time* since I have now decided to start keeping track

AGAIN, 2 up working, down not operational. Several people with clear physical impairments having to walk down the extremely long staircase. DO BETTER @MTA 69th and 2nd Q
