@PabloReports @ellengilmer @mkraju @nptaus Is highlighting need for fair inclusion not valid? Schedule A is inclusive of both Nurses and Physical Therapists. We have been fighting COVID to facilitate safe and speedy recovery during hospitalisation and later in the community.

Specially when applied premium processing. When all occupations which does have labour is getting acceptances. Why not schedule A.

Why punishing schedule A workers? Why is Nebraska processing center denying downgrade petitions for schedule A workers? @USCISDirector please issue clear guidelines on this matter!!

@chaituepa @USCIS @USCISDirector @USCIS, @USCISDirector. lack of guidance has led to mixed results for Schedule A downgrade from EB-2 to EB-3 using the same labor cert. without a PWD or 2 weeks posting Some petitions have been approved in Nebraska while others have been denied and texas also has been approved.

@chaituepa @USCIS @USCISDirector Please note that Physical Therapists comes under the category of pre certified occupation and labor certification is not the prerequisite.Denying the I 140 downgrade based on labor certification is not reasonable.Please look into it and have a common policy across the board.

@USCIS @USCISDirector Physical Therapists who are #ScheduleA professionals are working at frontline since pandemic, but their EB2-EB3 petitions are getting denied at NEBRASKA due to new PWD & 2wks job post BUT getting approved at TX. PTs are pre-certified. Pls help to coordinate.
