أصبح لبنان أكثر فقراً منذ عام 2019، بينما واصلت الأسعار ارتفاعها ولا تعود المشكلة فقط إلى الضرائب واسعار المحروقات وألاحتكار والتوترات الإقليمية، بل أساساً إلى تثبيت سعر الصرف من دون معالجة انهيار النظام المالي والمصرفي.

فخسائر الأزمة لا تزال من دون توزيع واضح وشفاف، ولم تُعَد هيكلة المصارف، ولا يوجد إطار موثوق لاسترداد الودائع، فيما تستمر الدولة في التعثّر ويبقى مصرف لبنان بميزانية سلبية

لذلك، لا يمكن تحقيق استقرار فعلي للأسعار والعملَة قبل الاعتراف بالخسائر وتوزيعها بشفافية وإعادة هيكلة القطاعين المصرفي والعام. وحتى ذلك الحين، سيستمر التضخّم وتراجع القدرة الشرائية.
