Is HDFC bank so technologically deprived that it cant send OTPs to intl numbers? Compare with ICICI BANK where this function works like a charm! Has policy changed in HDFC to not entertain customers who live overseas? Tell me then, that you dont want my business.#hdfcbankcares

So, several emails/ whatsapps to my relationship manager. Tickets raised. Emails boasting problem fixed. But does anyone care its NOT fixed at my end? If the tech team says fixed, that means zilch to me who is still struggling to do transactions that need OTPs.#hdfcbankcares

HDFC Bank- I am probably one of your oldest customers: I migrated my savings account after the Times Bank takeover. I now hold an NRO status account with you and am set up to receive OTPs on my overseas mobile. All was well till about 6 months ago, OTPs stopped. #hdfcbankcares
