It is so powerful to watch tens of thousands of Bosnians – whose people survived genocide – marching the streets of Toronto, supporting Palestinians – who are currently fighting to survive genocide.

BREAKING: "Greater Israel" is now marketed in London. Like in Montreal and in New York.
Apartheid without borders.
P.S. This explains why criticism of Israel is being restricted (and "anti-antisemitism" laws keep appearing). Apartheid is not only a crime. It is a business model.
🚨🇵🇸 Kuzey Gaza'daki gazeteciler dünyaya doğrudan hitap ediyor: "İsrail'in Palestinlileri ölüme asma yasası Nazilerden daha kötü."

Why is there a “Walk with Israel” being held in Toronto? Israel is committing genocide and apartheid against Palestinians. The international court of justice has ruled that Canada as a third party state has obligations to not be complicit in aiding Israel in these crimes.
Ko Tinmaung, a Toronto-based Rohingya activist, has been released after more than 96 hours in Israeli detention following Israel’s hijacking of the Global Sumud Flotilla and the abduction of its civilian participants.
His testimony is horrifying.
He says he was beaten in a dark room by more than five people, kicked, punched, tasered in multiple places, and handcuffed so tightly that the restraints cut into his wrists and restricted blood flow. He says he still needs treatment for concussion-like injuries.
He also says he witnessed other detainees with broken ribs, head wounds, blood from their ears, eye injuries, broken noses and broken teeth. Most gravely, he alleges sexual assaults, including people being tasered on their genitals.
Tinmaung’s testimony also exposes the racial dimension of Israeli violence. He says he was mocked as “Ahmed”, assaulted further, laughed at because of his skin colour, and treated as if his passport had no value because he was brown.
This was a civilian-led humanitarian mission carrying food, aid and basic supplies to Gaza. So where is Canada? Where are the human rights organisations? Where are the global leadership councils, the moral authorities, the professional defenders of accountability?
Silence now is not neutrality. It is complicity.

On Nakba Day 2026, Palestinian journalist @muhammadshehad2 releases a powerful short film on Israel’s creation through the words and deeds of its founding leaders.
The destruction of Palestine from 1947 onward, fully documented and long obscured, is now forcefully resurfacing.
"Three women with severed arms and two men wounded in the head and legs, all were severed." These were the words from the scene of the Israeli occupation massacre at Burj al-Moataz, a five-story residential building packed with displaced families in the heart of al-Rimal neighborhood in Gaza City, where airstrikes targeted residential apartments and set the building ablaze near a wedding celebration.
The strike hit the first floor, while women and children remain trapped on the upper floors as fires continue to burn through the building. Civil defense teams are working to bring the fires under control and search through the flames and rubble to retrieve the bodies of martyrs and pull survivors from inside the apartments, as witnesses report a large number of martyrs and wounded.

“It is evident that without robust international sanctions the Israeli government will persist in disregarding international law and human rights and will press forward with its plans to expand settlements."
Former senior diplomats urge Ottawa to impose sanctions on Israel👇

Our daughter, Rachel Corrie, was killed in 2003 in Gaza, while trying to protect a Palestinian home facing illegal destruction by the Israeli military. She was 23 years old. The massive, armored Caterpillar D-9 bulldozer that crushed her was operated by two Israeli soldiers and manufactured in the United States. It was the same type of militarized bulldozer that US presidents from George W. Bush through to Donald Trump have delivered to Israel.
Today, as the destruction of Palestinian homes has only become more commonplace, not to mention the horror of Israel’s genocide, Senator Bernie Sanders will force a vote in the Senate to try to end this cycle of death by banning the transfer of D-9 bulldozers to Israel. We hope he will not take this stand alone.
No policy can bring back those taken from us by these actions—children and other loved ones. But the Senate now has an opportunity to honor the memories of our daughter, other Americans, and thousands of Palestinian civilians killed, and to show that their deaths, and all the destruction, will no longer be condoned and funded. We hope those elected to represent us, the American people, understand the message that voting to block these D-9 bulldozers will send. This will not be a symbolic gesture, but a concrete step toward the protection of human life.

When people are killed in Israel it's called a travesty. But when thousands more people are continuously killed in Palestine and Lebanon it's called a "ceasefire". It is a necessity that we force divestment in all our communities. #palestine#iran#lebanon#trump#israel
🚨Canada denied travel visas to 3 officials from the Palestine Football Association @Palestine_fa who were travelling to a @FIFAcom event to respond to a report about Israel hosting games on land it illegally occupies🚨
🇨🇦 denied entry to PFA’s:
- president
- general secretary
- head of legal affairs.
In 🇨🇦, if you are a Palestinian coming to speak about crimes being committed against your people you will be denied entry; but if you are a literal @IDF soldier who has participated in genocide, you will be welcomed with open arms.
Absolutely disgusting racism.
Good luck hosting the World Cup.

We are outraged to learn that Canada has denied entry to officials from the Palestine Football Association ahead of FIFA pre-World Cup meetings in Vancouver. This is despite Canada’s host role and its recognition of the State of Palestine. Canada must reverse this arbitrary and discriminatory ban. https://t.co/VAUk6CXVBV

His map erased the West Bank, as if the ethnic cleaning was already complete, the entirety of the land already stolen, and an entire people were disappeared by atrocity.
This must not portend the future. Those with the power must do something to stop it.
