More than 60 young girls were killed in this US-Israeli strike on a girls' school in Iran today.

The reason this may prove decisive is that it happened on the first day of the war. If this were the 5th week of this war of aggression, statistically, a strike of this kind would eventually happen.

But when it happens on the first day, it likely dispels any fantasies that this is a war of "liberation" and that the civilian population will be spared, rendering the kind of public rise against the Iranian theocracy less likely.
