Former Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, who is now in private law practice at Honigman, told Fox 2 tonight that “the attacks on Abdul” El Sayed for his time as Detroit’s health director “are just plain wrong”, adding that the attack ads on tv are “attacking him for what was there before he got there, instead of giving him credit for what he did.”

Duggan was not endorsing a candidate, but said that “sometimes you gotta say something.”
