100% agree. Had 2 guys in my org that were from the Air Force and they are the definition of calm whenever something bad happens and everyone thinks the sky is falling
Just as an aside every vet in tech I’ve worked with has kicked absolute ass and if you have any say in hiring you should give them a chance. Has got to be a breath of fresh air compared to newly minted 20 somethings that try to get away with 4 hours a week (I’m not much better)
