@SpotGideon They appeared to have been serving folks for a month at least? The ATM Tea Bar was there before, and I never had a chance to see how they were.
But this is good to know!
@knguyenpoetry@msmeaghanb @bellachu10 Aha, my classmates must have gone private with whatever they had done to try to get ahead of their debt, which is why I remember the capitalization being such a problem here.
Compounding on many of them was daily. It was bad.
@ZilchWoofs Maultaschen, but yes. Though, I probably wouldn't use the gelatinized stock here because of how they're cooked.

@msmeaghanb @bellachu10 @knguyenpoetry A lot of people weren't, nor about their interest compounding schedule, which can itself trigger capitalization much more regularly than what was talked about in the above thread.
@Camphorous The trick is to reduce the stock by a lot before straining and pouring it into a shallow pan to chill.
That said, my experience is that meat loaves tend to be too dry, and the added hydration from the stock stands to help more than hinder.
@RetroHoosk That's a shame. The good thing about that machine is it's ADB, so you aren't limited to the one keyboard model to use it.
Super cool though!
"Whatβs the first operating system you ever tried?"
Does the Commodore-licensed Microsoft BASIC on a C64 count?
If not, that'd probably be ProDOS on an Apple IIgs, courtesy of California schools. It was also my introduction to booting machines off a network!
