Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) has decided not to remove Bitcoin and crypto treasury companies from its indexes.
BULLISH for CRYPTO 🚀
If MSCI decides to delist $mstr on January 15th and then $mstr surges shortly after the forced index sales, MSCI may get sued because they did something that forced losses for index holders.
For this reason, they may decide not to delist $mstr.
Just a thought.
